"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" -Ecclesiastes 3:1
We grow almost everything that we sell. We don't ship in produce from other parts of the country, much less from other countries. With that being said things that grow in the fall will not be available in the spring, nor things in the spring necessarily available in the fall... and every once and a while the deer or other critters harvest on their own.
We are big advocates of fresh, but we also are big encouragers of canning and/or dehydrating. Mom and Grandma used to do it to extend a harvest, and so do we. If you are unsure on what can or can't be preserved, just ask. If we don't know, we know where to get an answer.
